Definition of SCSI
Pronounced "Skuzzy"
Abbreviation for Small Computer System Interface
By far the efficient hard drive format yet. Has the largest buffer space, spindle speed, and lowest average seek time than all other types of hard drives.
Because this format is very new, it's cost is high and its storage capacity is rather low.
Current Averages
Spindle Speed (RPMs): 10K -> 15K
Buffer Size: 8 MB
Seek Time: 3 -> 5 seconds
